Hi, I'm Dr. Steph!

I'm an Emotion Regulation Coach with roots as an Occupational Therapist. I help new, overwhelmed moms regulate their emotions so they can show up as the calm, present, and intentional mothers they truly want to be—without guilt, shame, or burnout.

Motherhood is beautiful—but it can also feel like a daily emotional rollercoaster.


I’m here to walk with you through the mess and help you return to yourself—gently, steadily, and with compassion.
